At Buywell, we may use carefully selected AI-enabled tools to enhance the quality, consistency, and efficiency of our client experience. These tools may assist with aspects such as client communication, appointment scheduling, document handling, search tracking, or general workflow support.
Importantly, we do not rely on AI to make any strategic or client-facing decisions on your behalf. All core decision-making, recommendations, and professional advice are provided by our licensed advocates and team members.
The purpose of our AI tools is to:
Help maintain a consistent client experience across our business
Support internal efficiency and communication
Reduce administrative duplication
Free up more time for personalised service
We use only paid, commercial-grade AI platforms, and we do not use free or publicly available AI systems that contribute client data to external training models. All tools are configured to protect the confidentiality of information and are subject to the same data security and access protocols outlined in this policy.
At no point is your data shared with external AI providers for training or reuse. If you have any questions about our technology practices, we’re happy to explain further.

We may share publicly available details, such as the property address, purchase price, and suburb, which are accessible via public records and commonly referenced in the real estate industry.
From time to time, we may also reference general buyer motivations, search criteria, or goals — for example, “a young family looking for a character home near schools” — to highlight how we help meet client expectations.
However, we will not disclose any private financial information or sensitive facts that are material to your personal situation (such as borrowing capacity, income, legal matters, or confidential planning circumstances) without your explicit consent. -
At Buywell, confidentiality is not just a legal requirement — it is a core part of how we operate as trusted professionals. We work with a wide range of clients, including individuals in high-profile, legal, medical, executive, business, and specialist positions, such as entrepreneurs, business owners, and media personalities, for whom discretion and professional trust are paramount.
While our Privacy Policy outlines how we may use and share general information (such as publicly available property data or marketing-safe content), we maintain strict internal confidentiality around any information that is:
Material to your financial position or personal planning
Shared in confidence during discussions or consultations
Related to your profession, lifestyle, or personal circumstances
Verbal or informal in nature, but clearly private or sensitive
This includes refraining from referencing or discussing your profession, motivations, strategy, or situation — even in a generalised way — in any conversations, presentations, or internal discussions, unless we have your express consent to do so.
Unless you’ve specifically advised otherwise, any personal context we become privy to in the course of our dealings with you remains strictly between you and your Buywell advocate.
Discretion is central to our values. It reflects the respect we hold for our clients and the calibre of the individuals and families we are privileged to represent. If you require additional or formal confidentiality measures, we are more than happy to accommodate — simply let us know in writing.
