Our Story: Built on Experience,
Backed by Strategy

Buywell Advocacy was founded by husband-and-wife team Maddison and Tim — united by a passion for property, and an even stronger drive to help others use it as a pathway to long-term freedom and lifestyle flexibility.

Their journey began together with an entry-level purchase in Brisbane’s Inner South, just before the pandemic. They recognised the opportunity to purchase a renovator on 607m2, completed a strategic cosmetic renovation, and created significant equity within months — giving them the leverage to go again.

Next came a full renovator on 508m2 just a few streets back from the beach in Palm Beach on the Gold Coast — another high-potential purchase with future development upside. They renovated, revalued, and repeated the process.

From there, they acquired an 810m² block in Brisbane’s inner north, a property with clear potential for strong owner-occupier appeal and long-term development upside. With carefully planned upgrades and strong market timing, they unlocked over $700,000 in equity in under two years.

Most recently, they purchased a dual-income investment property in Elanora, on the Southern Gold Coast. Sitting on over 602m², with granny flat potential, it now delivers a rental yield of 8%, making it a high-performing asset within a growing portfolio. And their property story is far from over….
